UA Manager

Strategy & Planning

• Define and execute UA strategies to hit activation, retention, and ROI goals.
  
• Own budgets, forecasts, and key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
  
• Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities.

Campaign Execution

• Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, and programmatic.
  
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and store assets.

Data & Optimization

• Track daily performance and optimize for scale and efficiency.
  
• Analyze full-funnel KPIs from impression to revenue.
  
• Partner with analytics/product to improve LTV and CAC.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers/agencies on high-performing creatives.
  
• Develop data-driven creative briefs and refresh cycles.

Cross-Functional & Partner Management

• Ensure accurate tracking (MMPs, Firebase, SKAN).
• Align with regional teams, agencies, and vendors for scale.
  

• 3+ years of hands-on UA or performance marketing experience for a consumer app.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, MMPs, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to manage sizable budgets and justify ROI with structured reporting.
• Experience working with user behavior, culture, and digital habits.
